Back in 1980, my father Steve Stupar established Master Shine Janitorial & Commercial Cleaning with one goal in mind: to provide commercial cleaning services that meet the highest standards of quality. As soon as I could hold a broom, I was helping my father in this business. I watched him work harder than anyone else I knew, a work ethic he learned while playing football at Penn State for Joe Paterno. Since then, he’s translated the “We Are…” mentality to Master Shine, making life better for everyone he meets.
